Training Facilities

     CRTD is maintaining a training center that serves as a venue not only for PBSP-CRTD- run trainings but for external clients as well. The Training Center is a 2-hour ride from Manila and at CRTD one could still relish the traditional rural atmosphere and enjoy nature. The CRTD training complex is surrounded by demonstration and technology farm thus, everything around is rural and serene. The site is conducive for learning making it an ideal place for training. Training participants could relax and find tranquility at CRTD’s Training Center with a semi-park landscape and farm complex.

Facilities

	1 Conference Room for 30 person equipped with air-conditioning system 4 Function Room convertible to 1 large conference room for 75 persons equipped with air-conditioning system
1 Men’s and 1 Ladies’ dormitories that can accommodate 12 to 15 persons each 8 Non-air-conditioned rooms for 6 persons each 1 Air-conditioned Guests’ Room for 4 persons 1 Dining Hall which seves farm-fresh fruits and vegetables and locally-processed foods by the CRTD model farm families 1 Farm House/Hut at the seat of a fishpond that can be used for small group discussion/workshops and for recreation (i.e., fishing)
	Adequate audio-visual facilities and amenities which include: VHS/VCD Player Television Slide Projector Overhead Projector Karaoke with Microphone Computers & Printers Telephone (landline) and Fax Machine Internet Access A generator is available during power failures A jeepney with a capacity of 20 persons can be rented by reservation

	At least (2) weeks before the training
	Reservations are on a “first come, first served” basis
	A 20% deposit is required upon reservation
	Cancellation of reservation should be made at least one (1) week
	before the training. Otherwise, deposits would be forfeited
	All accounts must be settled right after the training
