For over forty years, PBSP sustains its programs and maintains its reputation for efficiency and financial prudence through a cadre of 400-strong managers and staff, who are committed to building better communities and helping opportunity-poor Filipinos.

 

PBSP is managed by social development professionals coached by prominent chief executives in business principles, financial accountability and effective project management.

Executive Director

Rapa is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of PBSP, including implementation of our various programs.  
He brings with him 16 years in non-profit management and serves as Trustee of several social development organizations.   Concurrently, he serves as Chairman of the Ninoy and Cory Aquino Foundation.

Rapa is a distinguished alumnus of the Ateneo de Manila University.

 

PBSP executives and work with a talented corps of directors, managers, officers and staff passionate about corporate citizenship and social development.  Together, we develop strategies designed to empower the poor towards self-reliance.
