| The Requirements: | |
Interested applicants must have a college degree in Public or Business Administration, Management, Organizational or Developmental Studies, Community or International Development Studies or any related field, preferably with a Master’s degree. He/she must have at least 5 years of professional experience combining involvement in local or community development and business experience with particular expertise on the following: Institution Building, Corporate-Community Partnership, Environmental Stewardship, Industrial Relations or Workplace Program Management. He/she must have good communication and interpersonal skills, and must be adept in negotiating, facilitating, and networking. |

Supports the Regional Team Leader and the Senior Program Officer in managing project activities at the provincial level. The Program Officer will build partnership at the provincial or LGU level, manage this relationship and motivate partners to participate in and improve the local TB Control Program. |

| The Requirements: | |
Interested applicants must hold an advance degree in Management, Public Health or any related course. He/she must have at least 5 years of experience in project management in an international NGO or bilateral/multilateral organization. Experience working with LGU’s and forging partnership at the provincial level is preferred. Technical experience with TB, infectious diseases or other health issues is an advantage. He/she must be computer literate and must possess analytical, coordination, communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. |
