PBSP welcomes new member companies

The Foundation is proud to welcome new companies who joined its roster of members

Kraft Foods (Philippines) Inc. is a manufacturing company of various food products in the market today. Products include processed cheese, juices and biscuits.

Stradcom Corporation is a leading private-sector proponent for government information technology projects under the Build-Own-Operate (BOO) Scheme of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law in the Philippines.

Sa Ating Tinapayan is a bakeshop with several outlets located in Metro Manila, It is also the preferred supplier of bread products of some of the country's biggest establishments which includes hotels, restaurant, hospitals, caterers, universities and government institutions.

What started as a small bakeshop in Mandaue City in 1981, Julie's Franchise Corporation has become a household name of baked goodies and one of the leading franchisers in the country.

Cesar Giron, CPA is the proprietor of a Filipino-owned sole proprietorship company based in California. Mr. Giron has been involved in groups and organizations supporting philanthropic activities.

Bohol Bee Farm is engaged in the tourism business, which operates in Panglao Island in Bohol. It has a beach resort, restaurant, lodging and training facilities. In the process of managing its business facility, Bohol Bee Farm engages in positive agricultural practices to help conserve the environment.

Brilliant Metal Craft and Machine Design's mainline business is metal fabrication. It offers subcontracting services to industrial plants like Keppel Cebu Shipyard, Tsuneishi and Supercat. The company is also TESDA's official testing venue for student welders.

Established in 1989, JJ's Seafood Village Restaurant. in the Visayas serves Filipino-Chinese cuisine and provides services to special occasions like birthdays, weddings, trainings and conventions.

Mr. Hockson Go, an award winning photographer opened Light and Shade Photography in 1990. His clientele includes big-named companies such as Aboitiz Group of Companies, Pilmico Foods Corporation, Shangri La -Mactan Resort, Procter & Gamble, Pacific Traders and Manufacturing Corporation, among others.

The Royal Oaks International School started its operation in 1991. It offers pre-school, elementary and secondary courses. It opened its nursing school two years ago through its Larmen de Guia Memorial College.

PBSP now has 227 member companies to help support its thrust in increasing business sector commitment to the goal of poverty alleviation.
