What SCOPE Offers DED, through SCOPE,
offers its partners both or either of the following:
Technical
Assistance
German and/or local advisers will be seconded to provide recommendations
on CC program design, implementation, monitoring and measurement of
impacts.
Financial Assistance
Counterpart grants will be provided to support CC programs.
As a counterpart program, DED and
its partner shall contribute to the program implementation cost in
the following manner:

Costs for the identification,
preparation and placement of adviser
Accommodation and international compensation rates for
the duration of the proposed program |

| Salary for the duration
of the proposed program (equivalent to at most 50% of
total program costs) |

Living allowance (Equivalent
to local salary payable to DED)
Program costs |

|
|
|
| Grant to cover
program costs amounting to 1,000 to 10,000 ? (equivalent
to at most 50% of total program costs) |
