What SCOPE Offers

DED, through SCOPE, offers its partners both or either of the following:

Technical Assistance
German and/or local advisers will be seconded to provide recommendations on CC program design, implementation, monitoring and measurement of impacts.

Financial Assistance
Counterpart grants will be provided to support CC programs.


As a counterpart program, DED and its partner shall contribute to the program implementation cost in the following manner:

German Adviser
Local Adviser
Costs for the identification, preparation and placement of adviser

Accommodation and international compensation rates for the duration of the proposed program
Salary for the duration of the proposed program (equivalent to at most 50% of total program costs)
Living allowance (Equivalent to local salary payable to DED)

Grant to cover program costs amounting to 1,000 to 10,000 ? (equivalent to at most 50% of total program costs)
