for program assessment
The proposed program should: |

Be implemented in
either Visayas or Mindanao |
| 2. |
Demonstrate alignment with the
partner’s vision, mission and goals |
| 3. |
Benefit the partner’s business
bottom line and stakeholders such as the local community, local
government and micro, small and medium business partners; |
| 4. |
Enhance economic and social development
and environmental sustainability; |
| 5. |
Promote multi-stakeholder partnerships; |
| 6. |
Illustrate significant contribution
of adviser (for technical assistance programs); and efficient
use of DED financial assistance |

Be sustainable over the long-term |
