Strategic Partnership Building
Establishment of Business Consensus Groups, Multi-Sectoral Coalitions and Homeowners’ Associations that can sustain planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of community development programs even after STEP-UP ends.

Loan Assistance for House Upgrading and Micro-Enterprises
Provision of loan assistance and viable revolving funds for housing improvements for more than 4,000 households and livelihood enterprises to reach more than 2,500 households.

Grant for Community Infrastructure
Access to improved road, drainage, multi-purpose centers, water and other facilities for 23 communities.

Risk Reduction Management
Development of site-specific risk reduction plan that will improve the mitigating capacity of homeowners’ associations to deal with natural and man-made disaster. Disaster teams with systems and basic support will be established.
