Training Courses

– Foundation course for NGO leaders and technical staff
to develop management knowledge and skills in all aspects of

Sustainability for NGOs – Participants will learn
financial sustainability strategies, and develop sustainability
plans suited to their organization. |

Consulting
for Results Course. – Designed for seasoned consultants,
the course works through the five phases of the consulting process.
