PBSP delivers quality training services in its areas of expertise. We have trained thousands of development practitioners nationwide and in the Asian region, helping create a vibrant civil society sector.


Training Courses

Courses are designed to improve the performance of development practitioners and civil society organizations. Course design is founded on theory, research and PBSP’s learning from decades of field experience.


The following courses are offered to the public:

Project Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation (PDIME) – Foundation course for NGO leaders and technical staff to develop management knowledge and skills in all aspects of the project management cycle.
Financial Sustainability for NGOs – Participants will learn financial sustainability strategies, and develop sustainability plans suited to their organization.
Consulting for Results Course. – Designed for seasoned consultants, the course works through the five phases of the consulting process. Participants will reflect on their own consulting experiences, exchange insights with colleagues, and acquire new skills and approaches to use in meeting clients’ needs.
