willing to contribute a small fraction of their Net Income Before
Tax or the minimum amount set by the Board of Trustees as unrestricted
contribution for the year. |

who will adhere to the principle and practice of Corporate Social
Responsibility/Corporate Citizenship.

APPLICATION
AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The Board of Trustees, Regional Committees, Membership and External
Relations Committee and PBSP staff identify potential members.
Membership to PBSP is continuing. Renewal is automatic, unless
the company expresses its intention to withdraw formally in writing.

Non-member
companies, corporate foundations and resource institutions
interested to collaborate or engage the services
of PBSP in managing and enhancing their CSR projects have
been able do so under the Corporate Social Responsibility
Partners Program of PBSP. The CSR partnership is co-terminus
with the company’s project engagement with the Foundation. |
