The Center for Social Development Management (CSDM), formerly the Program Management Group, is the lead business unit responsible for the development and management of programs, projects, and private public partnership platforms for collective engagement in social development in line with the companies’ philanthropic and strategic CSR initiatives, international donor agency programs, and government’s priority development agenda. It engages in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of social development programs in Health, Education, Environment, and Livelihood and Enterprise Development. It also delivers grant management/administration services for both local and international donors.

The CSDM is sub-divided into five: PlaCEs Management Office, Regional Centers, Development Finance, Center for Rural Technology Development, and Business Development.
