Donors continue supporting PBSP's COVID-19 assistance initiative
PBSP recently distributed bayong packs consisting of rice, assorted vegetables, dried fish and egg to 136 families in Manila and Muntinlupa. Funds for the packs came from anonymous individual donors who continuously support our COVID-19 efforts to provide food to families.
The identification of the priority families and distribution of the packs were done in partnership with Paco Church/Paco Catholic School, Likha Initiative, Inc. and social enterprise Plastic Flamingo.
The establishment of these SDCs aims to help create economic opportunities for former combatants and community members of MILF camps and prepare them to participate in livelihood activities.
