ACCESS TB Project Turn Overs Mobile Van Clinic In Cotabato City

The 'KonsulTayo Arangkada' campaign is part of the primary health care initiatives of DOH and PBSP ACCESS TB to provide free chest x-ray, specimen collection and transportation, Electrocardiogram (ECG), and other health care services to the Bangsamoro people.

ACCESS TB Project Turn Overs Mobile Van Clinic In Cotabato City

PBSP, through its Advancing Client-centered Care and Expanding Sustainable Services for TB (ACCESS TB) Project, joined the Ministry of Health (MOH) in celebration  of the World TB Day in Cotabato City.

During the event, PBSP ACCESS TB turned over the KonsulTayo mobile van clinic to the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao - Ministry of Health (BARMM-MOH).

The 'KonsulTayo Arangkada' campaign is part of the primary health care initiatives of DOH and PBSP ACCESS TB to provide free chest x-ray, specimen collection and transportation, Electrocardiogram (ECG), and other health care services to the Bangsamoro people.

The event was led by PBSP Executive Director Elvin Ivan Y. Uy, PBSP ACCESS TB Strategy Area Manager Jerome Triñona, Infectious Disease Cluster Head Dr. Alex Ampatuan, BARMM Chief of Administration Engr. Mona-Ali C. Pandita, MPA, and MOH Chief of Staff Ms. Ethel Grace U. Aurelio, JD.

This initiative is part of The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, through its COVID-19 Response Mechanism (C19RM) program to scale up the country’s ongoing pandemic response, and support major interventions in achieving a better health system.
