Meet Felize and Theresse, the first twins of the MaMa First 1000 Days Program

Born prematurely in Arteche, Eastern Samar, Felize and Theresse started life with low birth weights. But thanks to the dedication of their nanay, Milarosa, and the knowledge she gained from our Maalam na MaMa Nutrition Education Sessions, both babies now have normal weight and height for their age!
Nanay Milarosa applied what she learned from our Maalam na MaMa Nutrition Education Sessions — from understanding the importance of proper antenatal care, exclusive breastfeeding, to preparing nutritious meals for the whole family. Through knowledge, care, and community support, these little ones are now growing healthy and strong.
