PBSP is pleased to share that, in support of the Department of Education's Brigada Eskwela this year, it mobilized nearly P4 million to assist at least 14 partner public schools nationwide. The week-long activities included half-day cleaning and painting efforts participated in by 1,048 volunteers, as well as the donation of a reading center, school supplies, upcycled chairs, and student insurance policies.

This year's Ready for School packages will also support PBSP NextGen LETRA, helping fund 7 teachers and 70 struggling readers for 20-day reading sessions.
